About
About the Federation
A national governing body for field hockey — organising the game, qualifying its people, and opening it to every region of the Kingdom.
Overview
The Saudi Hockey Federation governs and develops field hockey in all its formats across Saudi Arabia. We license clubs, certify coaches and referees, organise national competitions and open pathways for every player — from a first session at a school programme to representing the Kingdom internationally.
Our work is aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 and the Quality of Life Programme: raising weekly participation, widening women's sport, and building sustainable sporting infrastructure in every region.
Community participation
Open sessions, school leagues and regional festivals in every hosting city.
Talent development
Certified coaching pathways and junior squads feeding the national programme.
International representation
Continental and international entries with a structured national team calendar.
Sustainable growth
Investment in pitches, officiating and governance that lasts beyond one season.
Chairman's message
Hockey in Saudi Arabia is at the beginning of a serious chapter. Our task is not to promise titles — it is to build the pitches, the coaches, the officials and the competitions that make titles possible.
Chief Executive's message
We measure progress in registered players, qualified officials and matches actually played. Every programme we run is designed to move those three numbers.
