The federation collects the personal information you provide through registration and contact forms: name, date of birth, national ID or Iqama number, contact details, playing or officiating history, and any documents you upload.

We also collect limited technical data such as pages visited and device type, used only to improve the performance of this website.

Applications are processed for registration, licensing, competition entry, safeguarding checks and communication about federation activity. We do not use your data for advertising.

Data may be shared with licensed training centres, competition organisers and relevant sporting authorities where necessary to deliver a programme you applied to. It is not sold to third parties.

Records are retained for as long as your registration remains active and for the period required by sporting and statutory obligations. Documents are stored on access-controlled systems.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting the federation. Where deletion would prevent us from meeting a regulatory obligation we will explain why.
