Level 1 workshops in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam added forty officials to the federation's appointment list.
The officiating committee has completed its summer round of Level 1 certification. Candidates covered the rules of hockey, signalling and match management before a practical assessment on the pitch.
Newly certified officials will be appointed to regional fixtures for the coming season, with mentoring from senior umpires at every match.
Competitions grow only as fast as the officials who can run them.
