A three-year agreement will support pitch development and coach education.
The agreement covers investment in training surfaces, equipment for new centres and funding for coach education courses through to 2029.
Details of the delivery plan will be published in the federation's next annual report.
Partnerships are judged by pitches built and coaches qualified.
